We're on the hunt for submissions to our NEXT ISSUE of the "Teen Zine" publication!

Now seeking all VISUAL ART & WRITING submissions - anything ART- or COMMUNITY-focused intended for print,
including Drawings, Poetry, Prose, Interviews, Photographs, Comics, Images, and more!

Although Issue #2 submissions have closed, we are always taking submissions for future issues :)

Teen LGBTQIA2S+ Mentorship Program

I AM SEEN offers hands-on art education & exhibition opportunities for local teens identifying as LGBTQIA2S+  

I AM SEEN is BFF's ongoing LGBTQIA2S+ youth and artist mentorship program!

This year, we are seeking art submissions from youth artists (K-12) who are members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community for one big group exhibition at Petshop Gallery, showcasing LGBTQIA2S+ visibilty!

The exhibition will open during First Friday on December 2nd, 2022, and remain on display through December 18th.

Trudy's is BFF's latest space
at 2814 N. 60th Street, open to the public every First Friday, year-round!

It houses affordable artist studio spaces, as well as the HQ for TeenLine programming and a shared education space!

Trudy's is now looking for art educators and other community partners!

Youth Engagement (K-12) provides community-building programming utilizing the arts,
​engaging area youth, local schools, and other educational partners.


Youth Engagement provides an important outlet and safe space for at-risk youth, those living in poverty, and those identifying as LGBTQIA2S+, evokes chances for therapy & expression, addresses behavioral issues, and develops new skills through arts education.

Welcome to BFF Youth Photography Club!

his club is designed for youth ages K-12. It can be easily adapted to your skill level. It’s meant to be a fun way to connect with others and practice your photography skills. Each month we will choose a theme for the challenge. You can also suggest themes for future photo challenges when you submit your photos each month.We will compile submissions into a photo album and share on our
Facebook page. 


Photo Club will resume in Spring 2023!
