FIRST FRIDAY PRIDE!

Arguably the most creative PRIDE celebration in the midwest!


Come out to celebrate LGBTQ+ artists
and communities on First Friday, June 2nd!

• 65+ on-street vendors
• All-ages Artist Workshops
• Live artists, Street DJs
• Exhibiting Artists throughout the entire neighborhood!
• "Judy Jam," featuring 10 performing artists on the Omaha Mobile Stage at Military Ave (7-9pm)
• Digital Projections
• Youth Exhibitions & Activities
• Community Partners
• Great Plains Theatre Co. @ the Benson Theatre
• Queernite @ The Sydney (after 10pm)
• + the creation of NEW public art works!

This project is possible with the support of the Nebraska Arts Council and the Nebraska Cultural Endowment.​

GenQ supports LGBTQIA2S+ artists & performers within BFF programming through paid opportunities, professional development, community partnerships, and other resources.
