Trudy’s

Trudy’s is a shared creative space that houses artist studios and supports the majority of BFF Omaha’s education and youth programming. The space is used for art classes, workshops, exhibitions, and youth-led creative projects, connecting students and emerging artists to working creatives in an active, everyday setting.

Studio Tenants

Trudy’s is home to a mix of artist studios and creative businesses. Tenants use the space for day-to-day making, teaching, collaboration, and project development, contributing to an environment that supports both individual practice and shared learning. Studio and workspace use exists alongside education and youth programming, allowing artists, creative businesses, and students to work in proximity within an active, working space.

Artists interested in renting a studio at Trudy’s are encouraged to get in touch. Studio availability is limited and depends on current use of the space.

Artist Opportunities at Trudy’s

Trudy’s offers ongoing opportunities for visual and performing artists to share work through exhibitions and First Friday programming. Because Trudy’s hosts all-ages and youth-focused activities, proposals should be appropriate for a wide audience. Details and submission information are available through the artist opportunities form.
